Beyond Certification is a local business based in Bondi Junction. Choosing to work with Beyond Certification means choosing to build with trust in our team and our expertise. 

Before establishing Beyond Certification, our Directors – Alex and Joyce, acquired combined experience of over 20 years in Building Certification, Building Compliance, Local Government Law Enforcement, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Budgeting, Operations and Financial Management in both local councils and NSW Government.

With our extensive knowledge in both state and local government, we will guide you through the process and ensure your project complies with the Building Code of Australia, Local Environmental Plan and State Environmental Planning Policies.  With our advice, you can trust that there won’t be any unnecessary delays or unanticipated issues which eat into your resources.

Currently, we are primarily work on residential dwelling houses, low to medium density multi-dwellings and commercial shop fit-outs.
